ONLINE RETURN POLICY

  • Within 14 days, with original invoice/receipt and tags attached to receive a refund in the original form of payment.
  • By Mail: Complete the return request form online to receive a refund in the original form of payment.
  • Items that have been used, worn or marked in any way will not be eligible for any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Items that have been opened from it original package and/or displayed will be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee per item returned for a refund. You will be credited with the appropriate amount in the original form of payment.
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Online returns are not accepted for items purchased at any the Stone Flower store location (Boston, New York, San Francisco).
  • All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Shipping charges for return order:  Customer will be the sole responsibility for non-damaged/non-defective item return; non-damaged/non-defective item return must be received in original condition for credit to be applied to the customer’s account.
  • Returns or Exchanges merchandise is only applies to the United States orders only. We do not except returns, refunds or exchanges any items from outside the United States.

Clothing 7-Day Return Policy

  • All clothing purchased online are subject to a 7-Day Return Policy. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please be sure of what you choose.
  • Most of our clothing is adjustable with smocking on the back. Sizes range from 0-6. Only clothing inclusive of dresses, top, skirts, shorts, sweaters, coats, jackets are subject to this policy.
  • Exchanges can only be done in our store with printed receipt and unworn clothing (Maximum 7 days from receiving package). Any returns for online purchased after 7 days are subject to 10% restocking fee of each item. If you are unsure of how a dress will fit, please email us along with the SKU code and we will send you the sizing specifications.

Manufacturing Damage or Defective Merchandise(s)

  • Within 3 days of receiving your order package, with original invoice/receipt and tags attached: receipt a full refund in the original form of payment.
  • Complete the return request form online to return any manufacturing Damage/Defect merchandise(s). All returns must be shipped to us within 7 days after the final approval.
  • Exchange of Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced by the Stone Flower with the same value of the original purchased only.
  • Items that are damaged upon arrival, have a manufacturing defect, or are shipped out in error will be credited to your account once we receive the return package. These items must be shipped using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate envelopes/boxes with tracking number provided, for shipping costs to be credited to the customer’s account.
  • Original shipping fees are refundable. Returned of the manufacturing defect/damage items will be credited to the customer’s original form of payment that was used for the original order; there are no replacements or substitutions for any return on manufacturing defect/damage merchandise.
